Serving
Ms. McGill served as national Secretary for National Press Photographers Association (NPPA) from 2008 – 2012. She was awarded Life Membership for distinguished service. Ms. McGill founded and advises the USC Student Chapter of the NPPA. They earned the title 2011 national Chapter of the Year. Many of the NPPA students have earned photography awards or gone on to careers in photography.
Ms. McGill is a member of South Carolina News Photographers Association.
She serves on the leadership committee of AEJMC’s Visual Communication Division.
